Last Friday, I had a choice: Write a my typical comments on my Business Journal comic, or go on a field trip to Chicago with my daughter's sixth grade class, visit the Museum of Science and Industry, and catch a Cubs game.

Well, as the wind gusted to 35 mph across a 40 degree and sunless Wrigley Field, I had some doubts, but in the end I think I made the right decision.
